The most dangerous place in USYD

The rainy season has come to welcome us for winter. If it's not raining buckets it's been awfully windy that I find it very clever of those girls to wear a beany bag over their hair. I use to think is a fashion statement but I think it's really effective in keeping your hair in place but at the cost of looking like this

I'm so sorry to whichever mak cik this is, is just a random picture I found

Anyway, with the never ending rain, the back entrance of USYD has turned into a potentially dangerous slippery area. I'm not sure if it's me or those girls are just plain unlucky but I've seen two girls slipping down and falling on their bum or knees on the boardwalk that leads into uni.

This is where both the tragedy took place. The first girl fell in front of me straight on her butt, I was just two steps behind her, she fell and I was shocked so I thought how embarrassing, she probably doesn't want anyone to help her. She was quick to regain composure and continue walking. Good job! LOL
The second tragedy happened today at the same boardwalk, this time the girl was behind me, I was listening to my Itouch but still I heard that loud thud on the floor and I turned around a girl was kneeling down behind of me, her face was really BLACK. This time I actually walked behind wanting to help her up but she was already on her feet and her black face was enough to tell me to leave her alone.
I think they need to put a sign like this at the boardwalk.
So maybe is me, I bring bad luck to people who walk close to me into uni haha. Whatever it is, I'm so glad that I'm not in any of those girl's position. I look at the boots they're wearing and I think hmmm must invest in good boots. 9west boots here I come hehe

What a BLOODY day

Oh noooo Sydney has turned gloomy and rainy, it feels like UK now!

So why is today a bloody day?

1. Watermelon juice spilled inside my bag and my notes looked as though it was involved in some massacre
Bloody notes

2. Xpig had a bloody day as well, she went up on the bus and slot the travel ten card 3 times when it was only her and Eman. Early symptoms of Parkinson's, uncontrollable shaking LOL

3. Eman lost his retarded umbrella in the bus and cut the sole of his foot when he broke a cup and stepped on it.

After the blood loss.. this is how he looked

Oh please bring back some sunshine to the land down under:)

GUY LAN @ Taste of Shanghai

Went for lunch at Taste of Shanghai this afternoon and we found some really interesting items on the menu. I've always knew that the people from "Big Land" are capable in making anything after all, almost everything we see now are stamped with "Made in China".

Many years ago when I visited Guangzhou they had Cat stew in black beans on the menu, I thought that was the ultimate, now they've improved and can offer GUY LAN with salty fish!!!!!!

A few of my PRC guy friends in uni have told me: "Never get a Shanghainese wife, your life would be OVER, they'll take control of you and order you around"

So is this dish the outcome of what happens when a husband go against his Shanghainese wife???

OH WHY AM I SOOOO SMART?

I've decided to resurrect my dead blog after almost a year. This post is extremely important to me, it's a reminder for life to not give more than I should ( talking bout $$$ here).

Drove to uni, parked at my favourite spot in the evenings to sit for my exam. The last time I parked here and I paid $4 for 2 hours parking, this time I end up paying 2 cups of Easy way with toppings!!!!!!!!!!!!

I blame it on:
1. Weather, since it started to rain once I got out from the car to get the parking ticket so my hands had to multi-task holding an umbrella and poking the buttons on the screen
2. Weather AGAIN since it's autumn now and it gets darker after 5pm so maybe I didn't see the evil side of the parking machine
3. Sydney train since there's where all my coins usually go to
4. BAD LUCK

I was short of $1 so there were two machines and one accepted notes..wheeeeeeeee I had $10 and it accepted $10 notes so I was happy thinking I don't have to walk to the nearest coffee stand to buy some stuff to get change.

So, I stuff in my $10 note and press 2 hrs parking for $4, the receipt was printed so I waited for my $6 change. wait and wait and WAIT what's wrong with the machine, I look at the place where I can get my change and next to it the words said NO CHANGE

ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

What kind of stupid machine is this??? Real bad luck, didn't had time to moan and groan about it since I needed to rush off for my exam!

So this is the parking ticket
